SPCA charges people with animal neglect for this exact incident.... hmmmmm think Robin will be charged? Walk the walk don't just talk the talk.

UPDATE - Robin is off the hook.. she is an exception to the law apparently.

Police Say Dog Left In Hot Car Died

Police said they arrested a woman on a charge of animal neglect after her dog died from being left in a hot car for ONE hour on Monday.


A North Idaho man spent the weekend in jail on charges he killed his dog by keeping it locked up in a car with no water or ventilation.
